Vous y devez venir. Grand café des Négociants.

When the rain
Is blowing in your face
And the whole world
Is on your case
I could offer you
A warm embrace
To make you feel my love

When the evening shadows
And the stars appear
And there is no one there
To dry your tears
I could hold you
For a million years
To make you feel my love

I know you
Haven’t made
Your mind up yet
But I would never
Do you wrong
I’ve known it
From the moment
That we met
No doubt in my mind
Where you belong

I’d go hungry
I’d go black and blue
I’d go crawling
Down the avenue
No, there’s nothing
That I wouldn’t do
To make you feel my love

The storms are raging
On the rolling sea
And on the highway of regret
Though winds of change
Are throwing wild and free
You ain’t seen nothing
Like me yet

I could make you happy
Make your dreams come true
Nothing that I wouldn’t do
Go to the ends
Of the Earth for you
To make you feel my love

  1. Hi sharon,

Greetings from s’pore. pardon me for my poor english standard. anyway, it’s been some time since your last appearance on Tv. We missed you alot. Do take care of yourself. and we will be here supporting you all the time.

  2. Hi Sharon!

I know this is a bit weird. But I need some help with some french words. Haha. I thought of you the first thing. Cause some of your entries are in french. I hope you could help me.

I’m thinking of engraving “Loving you always” in french for our wedding bands.

I search the internet and found 2 versions: vous aimant toujours & vous aimer toujours. Which should be the correct version?

I’m also looking at “From this day forward”. The one that I found was: de ce jour expedie.

I dunno how reliable the internet translator is. I hope someone could help to confirm.

    Hehe. =)

  3. hi sharon^^

  4. Hi Jo!
I just realized that I haven’t replied you yet. I’m sorry for the negligence..
The correct form for loving you always should be “Je t’aime pour toujours”. And “désormais” if you wanna say from now onwards..
Internet translations have no context so use it sparingly.
    Good luck and salut!!
