Since Sunday, the rose has wilted and the bud has bloomed beautifully, but alas, it too will suffer the fate of all pretty things…
…il se fanera.
Pourtant, je m´en fou, desormais, je vais voir la vie tout en rose!
Merci mon trésor.
I walked into a garden of love:
took time to smell the roses, géraniums, verveine, menthe, flowers with names I don’t know,
danced,
watched the dog run frenzily after a deflated ball,
laughed,
sat on the swing and sang,
” Fly me to the moon and let me play among the stars…
(Oh stop..fast forward.. cos i prefer the second verse..here we go again…:)
Fill my heart with song and let me sing forever more
you are all I long for all I worship and adore
in other words, please be true
in other words, I LOVE YOU. “
Ta mère, who has the most beautiful smile and a most generous heart, she said,” This is an Indian-summer.” I love her grace and elegance..
Ton père, who reminds me of an ancient Romain-scholar, with the sharpest wit and a noble air, he bows mockingly as we sang him praises. I cling onto his every word..
Ta soeur, OH MY GOD. She is endearingly terrified of flying, loves children, and plays the guitar earnestly to the tune of Cranberries Ode to My Family~~one of my many favourites!!! Elle est mignonne!!
QUELLE BELLE FAMILLE..
One of the loveliest weekend I have spent in my LIFE.
